The booking is considered confirmed upon receipt of the deposit/payment requested at the time of booking. The balance (if applicable) must be paid according to the terms indicated at the time of booking. In case of cancellation less than 5 days before arrival, the full amount will be retained. The guest is required to provide identification documents for all occupants before check-in, as required by Italian public security regulations. The maximum number of guests and the house rules (see dedicated section) are binding and form an integral part of the stay agreement. The host is not liable for lost or damaged items during the stay, unless at fault. Any damage caused to the apartment during the stay is the guest's responsibility.
